Once you have paid for this service, you will be sent instructions for our Free Post Returns Service, so you do not have to pay for your device to be sent to us. We will send the device back to you for free even if you do not proceed with a repair.
Our dedicated team of technicians will diagnose the fault and advise you on the cost of repair. The diagnostic cost of £9.99 will be deducted from the cost of repair if you choose to proceed. You do not have to proceed with the repair. If you choose not to proceed, your device will be returned to you at no extra cost.
