If you're worried about not having a phone whilst yours is being repaired, don't panic!

Our courtesy phone service enables you to rent a phone whilst your phone is being repaired by our trained technicians, meaning, you will never be phoneless using our service.

Along with the fixed rental cost of £9.99 you will also be charged the actual price of the phone as a security deposit, this will be refunded once the courtesy phone is returned.

Most repairs have a 48-72 hour turnaround. Once you receive your original phone back repaired, please send the courtesy phone back to us using our Freepost address.

All our courtesy phones are reconditioned phones that have been fully refurbished by our in house technicians.

If for any reason your repair takes longer than usual, we will contact you and your rental period will be extended at no extra cost.
